Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Moments (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos and writing you publish on Moments. By publishing, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you upload.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to abuse or harass others, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Moments is free to start. Some features, higher limits, and custom domain support are available through paid plans such as Founding Supporter. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, and your billing relationship is subject to Stripe's payment terms.

You can manage or cancel a paid plan from your billing settings. If a paid plan ends, your journal moves back to the Free plan. Nothing you already published is removed when a paid plan ends, but Free limits and paid-feature access may apply to future use.

6. Availability and changes

We provide the Service on an “as is” basis and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of significant changes to these terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required to do so by law.
