I went to a conference in Greenville and stopped to see some waterfalls on the way home. Cedar Falls (shoals?) was one of them.

King oyster mushrooms marinated in soy, honey, ginger, garlic and Gochujang for a few hours, then seared in a little butter and then the marinade added back and thickened for the sauce! It might blow our heads off!
